Purchase a NAS together with Synology HAT series drives and benefit from the Synology Express Replacement Program, ensuring same-day drive replacement when needed. Contact your Sales Manager for more details.

“The ‘Express Replacement’ service is an initiative by Synology and its authorized distributors, allowing Synology partners to provide customers with a replacement device without long downtime in the event of a failure.
Thanks to local stock with replacement units and spare parts, the partner should receive a replacement device within a maximum of 3 days*.

*The service is free of charge.
*The replacement time is not guaranteed, as it depends on the current availability of replacement units and spare parts. Therefore, in some cases, the replacement time may be extended.”
